To enhance performance and offer more flexible pricing options, we will implement **a new pricing policy effective June 10, 2025 (KST).** This update will offer a wider range of pricing plans to suit your needs, and we will do our best to provide all necessary guidance to ensure a smooth transition. **🔄 Summary of Key Changes** ![](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex003/uploads/materialssquare/original/2X/d/deb66d3108afb5b30eeb307ed7511e632ca7f883.png) **💡 What is an Atom?** Atom is the unit of credit used to run simulations on Materials Square. 1 Atom = $1 1 Core-hour (Spot) = 0.25 Atom 1 Core-hour (On-Demand) = 0.5 Atom _For example, with 1 Atom, you can run 2 core-hours on On-Demand (4 core-hours on Spot)._ **[1] Atom Pack** Atom Pack is a bulk credit package that allows users to purchase large quantities of Atoms at a discounted price, with selectable validity periods. Atoms can be flexibly applied to different jobs and core usages. Because Spot Instances utilize surplus server capacity, this option offers a more affordable pricing model. **⚠ Please note:** Spot Instances can be interrupted at any time, which may stop your calculation. CALPHAD Pricing** The database query fee for some CALPHAD features will increase by approximately 50%. → You can reduce costs by using Atom Packs. **2.
