# Q. How to delete a MatSQ account

A. To delete your MatSQ account, you must contact the support team directly. Please send an email to ‘[support@simulation.re.kr](mailto:support@simulation.re.kr)’ with the email address associated with your MatSQ account that you wish to delete. The support team will then proceed with the account deletion process.
