A. The simplest way to create a simulation model is to upload a structure file.
Drag and drop a file to Visualizer or click on the icon to upload a file. You can upload most file types, such as CIF, POSCAR, PDB, xyz, and so on. Alternatively, you can add structures using the ‘Modeling’ tab menu.
You can also create a structure using the menu items in the table below.
