A. The structure can be downloaded in the following order:
- Click the finger icon in the top-right corner of the visualizer.
- Select the ‘Tools’ tab and from the download options choose the desired file format.
If you wish to download a calculated structure, you can follow the steps below to load the final structure before downloading.
- Connect to the simulation module for which calculations have been completed using ‘Structure Builder’ > ‘Modeling’ > ‘Module’.
- Select ‘Final’ in ‘Get structure’.
