A. If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your upcoming renewed subscription, please go to the ‘Account>Credits Management’ section. Here, select ‘Cancel Subscription’ before your renewal date. Once your current subscription period has completely ended, you will be able to choose a new subscription plan of your preference and register for it.
