A. To cancel your subscription, please go to the “Account > Credit Management” section and select “Cancel Subscription.” Once you choose to cancel the subscription, it will no longer be renewed. You will still be able to use the remaining CPU time until the end of your subscription period.
If you wish to request a subscription refund, please contact the support team at support@simulation.re.kr. Refunds are only possible if the payment has been made since less than 7 days ago, and if you have not used the subscription’s services during that period.
