Q. What should I do if I run out of storage space?

A. When you exceed the default storage capacity provided, you will need to better organize your data or alternatively subscribe to one of the ‘Storage Plans’.

If your storage is full, new job submissions will be limited, and a month after the limit is reached, the data will be ‘frozen’ and become inaccessible. ‘Frozen’ data will be automatically deleted after six months and cannot be recovered.
